Also known as dermal fillers and soft tissue fillers. Fillers are a type of minimally-invasive aesthetic medicine used to add volume, alter the contours of the face, and fill in wrinkles. Common areas to inject fillers are in the face, neck, and hands, resulting in a fuller, smoother and more youthful appearance. Dermal fillers are among the most popular aesthetic procedures because they deliver immediate results, very few risks, and little recovery time. At ROGA, right here in Houston, we offer an arsenal of dermal fillers to achieve the perfect look you are seeking.

Dysport and Botox are neuromodulators made of botulinum toxin. Commonly, neuromodulators are used to treat facial wrinkles, frown lines on your forehead and crow’s feet by temporarily relaxing the muscle causing the lines in the skin. They are injected directly into a muscle beneath the skin in very small amounts. The result is a more youthful appearance which normally lasts between 3-4 months. Neuromodulators can be used to treat excessive sweating, platysmal bands, temporomandibular joint dysfunction (TMJ), aging skin, bridge of the nose, crows feet and other areas where wrinkles are unwanted. Excessive sweating called hyperhidrosis typically affects underarms, feet, hands, and hairline.
KYBELLA® is the only FDA-approved injectable treatment that destroys fat cells under the chin to improve your profile, whether you have a moderate amount of chin fullness or a bit more. The active ingredient in KYBELLA® is synthetic deoxycholic acid. Deoxycholic acid is a naturally-occurring molecule in the body that aids in the breakdown and absorption of dietary fat. When injected into the fat beneath the chin, KYBELLA® destroys fat cells, resulting in a noticeable reduction in fullness under the chin. Once destroyed, these cells can no longer store or accumulate fat, so further treatment is not expected once you reach your desired aesthetic goal.
